Welcome! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of pippinandthewildflowers.com (the "Site") and any purchase of the book Pippin and the Wildflowers. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Site

The Site is operated by Bethany Ewing ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Payment is processed through Venmo to @BethanytheEwing. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and manually verified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns

Because each order is fulfilled individually, all sales are final unless the book arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, email bethany.qalo@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including illustrations, characters, text, and the book itself — is © Bethany Ewing and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of a book will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
